Décidé à apporter ma modeste contribution au combat de sauvegarde de notre planète, je me suis mis en tête de repenser le systeme de chauffage da ma maison bruxelloise. Après un stage cet été en Rep. Tcheque sur la construction des poeles finlandais a tirage inverse, j'entreprends d'en construire un chez moi. Je suis archiconvaincu par le système ( non polluant et très economique à l'emploi ) et je me propose de tenir au courant de mes progrès ceux que cela intéresse. N'hesitez pas à me contacter. Sur la photo le salon actuel. Le poêle de masse (pdm) prendra place dans le coin droit et la cheminée actuelle avec l'insert ( a vendre ) sera démoli.
I have decided to do something at my modest scale to fight global warming. Heating in our societies is the main culprit for outdoor pollution. Having attended this summer a workshop in Czech Rep on bulding finnish contraflows masonry heaters, i have my mind set on building one at my brussels home. Having read numerous articles on the subject i am convinced that is the way to go. For those interested, i shall keep them abreast of various construction steps. Do not hesitate to drop a line. On the photo my living room. The masonry heater ( mh ) will be in the right hand corner whereas the existing chimney will be demolished.

Etre autoconstructeur n'est pas nouveau pour moi mais j'ai besoin de plus d'expérience pour me lancer dans l'aventure.
Est-ce que vous connaissez quelqu'un dans le Sud de la France qui pourrait m'épauler dans la construction de mon poêle de masse. Ce serait un travail rémunéré évidement.
